Tracie is a state and nationally Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of Missouri College and is extensively trained in physical rehabilitation. She employs a diverse set of skills and techniques when assisting clients. Her training in advanced techniques in Swedish Massage, deep tissue massage, neuromusculoskeletal stretching, sports massage, as well as other skills make her able to treat each individual according to their specific needs.
She continues to update her knowledge through on-going post-graduate training. Her professional skills earned her a position on the therapy staff for the 2004 U.S. Women's Marathon Olympic Trials, the U.S. National Half-Ironman Triathlon Championships and the 2007 Tour de Missouri Professional Bike Race. Tracie also enjoys working with endurance athletes. Two of her favorites are the Team To End Stroke (American Heart Association), and Team in Training (Lymphoma and Leukemia Society) Marathon Teams in St. Louis. Tracie is no mere advocate, though. She is a veteran marathoner and completed the Kona Hawaii Marathon in 2004, Phoenix half-marathon and Kona Half-Marathon in 2005. She is currently training for the 2007 Chicago Marathon as a member of Team in Training.
