Becky and MichaelFor over 2 years now, I have maintained good back health with regular chiropractic visits.

I continue to go to Dr. Cragg's office for mainenance on my back, and for advice with my training program.  Dr. Cragg is a resource for athletic activities in the community; from bike rides, to triathlons, to marathons.  He is a competitive athlete himself and seems to treat all of his patients like athletes.

In fact, he encouraged my husband and I to try our first spring-triathlon.  We did.  I finished 10th in my age division and 16th overall for women.   I found I love the hiking, swimming, running combination, and look forward to competing in more in the future.

I have also become a certified Johnny G. Spinning Instructor and will be teaching spinning classes in the future.

The enthusiasm for athletics that comes from Dr. Cragg is contagious.  I truly appreciate the continuing education courses he offers.

What I find most important is the expectations Dr. Cragg holds for his patients. He expects that they will be healthy.  He expects they will be athletic.  He expects that they will be well. Most importantly, he expects they take an active role in their own health care, and teaches them how to do so.
